Most MLive courses make use of the WizIQ chat activity allowing students to interact with each other and their instructor in a live audio chat room. It is extremely important that students ensure their computer systems are ready to use this feature and that they have and use a headset with earphones and a microphone. Using a standard external microphone and speakers will create an echo effect in your conversations making it hard for you to be understood and disrupting the normal course of other conversation in the chart room. Please use a headset when participating in chats.
