Hey Everyone, 

We're starting to get a few support tickets in saying that some people are having issues with Safari playing the embedded weekly videos. If you are having issues with this please try using Chrome or Mozilla before taking other actions to see if that resolves the problem. 

In the meantime, we are presently working with Ensemble (who hosts our videos) on a solution as to why there's an issue between the two.

If you are having any problems at all please don't hesitate to shoot me an email and I'll be happy to help.

Blackboard will be performing scheduled Database Maintenance on Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 at 1:30 AM EST (UTC/GMT -4) to 2:00 AM EST (UTC/GMT -4). During this maintenance window, we will be performing logging updates on the MySQL servers and therefore you may see a brief loss of connectivity while the database services are restarted. This will affect both the sandbox and production instances.

WizIQ has notified us of scheduled downtime for WizIQ services. Classes and courses will be inaccessible during this window. Learners will not be able to join the classes or consume course content. Users will not be able to create/publish new class or launch the scheduled classes. Beginning on Saturday, February 25th and continue indefinitely on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Montessori Live has revised its Program Handbook to reflect the September 2016 MACTE accreditation of its Early Childhood certification program, AND the addition of two new summer residency locations. Students and instructors may download the revised handbook with THIS LINK.

Effective February 15, 2017, Montessori Live Educator Training Programs, Inc. has the following new mailing address:

The Montessori Live Campus Cafe web service for our student information system will be down for maintenance and upgrades on Sunday, January 29, 2017. Student's should make use of this service before 8 am on Sunday. Normal operation is expected to resume sometime overnight on Sunday, and is expected to be operational again by 6 am on Monday, 1/30/17.

Effective December 26, 2016, student email accounts have been closed. Students will use their personal email addresses for registration and contact purposes from this date forward. Any student having data in their old accounts that they wish to recover should submit a support ticket making their request. All students are encouraged to check their MoodleRooms profile to ensure that a correct personal email address is being used. Students should also login to the Cafe Web application and check that the correct, personal email address is being used (My Info menu - Email Address option).
